I found it nice hanging around the kitchen sniffing ......even when the kids had crisps I had to sniff them first....I found this satisfied me.....I know im strange...lol

i have to start cooking a roast dinner shortly. This will be the hardest thing i think. i normally pinch a bit of chicken whilst i am serving up.

It may be bye bye roast dinners for a while but wave hello to feeling in control, looser clothes and positive food choices!

Little tip - chew gum whilst you are cooking / dishing up- you won't put anything in your mouth then!
