Hi everybody,

I'm a little confused with pork - it says free but all joints have some fat and I am currently basting my joint thinking I'm not really convinced this meat will be free! Can anyone help please?
 
Just cut off all the visable fat and if theres fat inside once its cooked cut that off too then it will be free
