Roasted Soya Beans

Are these roasted soya beans free on the EE plan? If not how many syns are they please?

DO you mean dry roasting them to use them as snacks? If so you would need to syn them at the red day rate.

Are these something youre buying or making?
If theyre part of a meal and are ONLY soy beans, ie dont have any oil or other synned stuff included they should be free, but if theyre dried out by roasting and eaten as a snack they'll be synned. Look up food abuse on here and youll find loads of debate on the subject

Sorry but if they are roasted to have as a snack then they are not free on the green plan either.
