my counsilor says to me winners never quit and quitters never win. i have fell off the wagon many time and will again but still try and try again...

I know what your saying!!!!!!
I seem to have yo yoed for the last 2 months. had a good loss of nearly 2 stone in a month and have not been able to stabalise since which is silly because there was no bigger high than getting on those scales and having a good loss. But have kindda stuck with it in the hope of it clicking again!!!!!!!!!!
