Romast Lipotrim Diet

Well day 5 has been a breeze so far - still not feeling hungry at all, I really am only enjoying the shakes that are mixed with coffee.
other than that feeling really good. only issue i am struggling to stay asleep at the moment now i am not sure whether its due to work or the diet?

i hope everyone day is going well! i am getting weighed tomorrow afternoon i will be updating soon as i am out of the pharmacy
 
Good luck for tomorrow ! I went today and lost half a stone :)) ...I tried the coconut bar for the 1st time today and the last time omg it's like eating dirt , iv decided to have the 3 different flavours through out the day so I don't get board .

Thanks a lot Tom , if it wasn't for minimin I think I would have caved in on day 3 !
I don't think you can have the bars on the 1 st week only ? They are more like a round biscuits that resembles digestive biscuit ,sand and wood mixed together ,I was expecting a cereal bar type ! Boy was I disappointed .
 
ohh dear I was looking forward to them, might give them a miss then - i am not missing chewing so might aswell keep up with the shakes - though i do want to try the chicken soup.
 
Hi Tom! Really enjoyed reading your diary. Dying to hear how your weigh-in goes tomorrow! I'm nearly through day 3 and it's been surprisingly ok. I second the flapjacks- did Lipotrim 5 years ago and had one bite of one and nearly vomited! It's sucked every drop of moisture out of my mouth! Truly hideous. The soup wasn't really my thing but others have really liked it! I read some advice today about making it with lots of water and making sure it's piping hot. I'm more of a "hold-the-nose-and-knock-back-the-shake" kinda gal! I can only tolerate the chocolate and vanilla flavours (just!) made with freezing cold water. Anyway, keep up the diary and the good work!
 
well day 5 is over and it was really good! managed to again not feel hungry at all, trying to keep my water intake up as much as possible but thats what i am finding hardest! however i have noticed that i am feeling that i dont want to socialise that much with people this happened to anyone else?
 
I had no social life when I was on it
 
Yeah i feel like i dont want to interact with people I just want to get on my computer and play games. i suppose in a way it keeps me distracted and removes the temptation of eating, but something doesnt feel right.

but day 6 started today! looking forward to a weigh in - i think that will improve my mood alot, i have high hopes which i know i shouldnt but it would be nice to get a big number to start with. but its a marathon not a sprint! quite abpt as i am doing the shine walk at the end of the month which is only 26.2miles! in the dark! that should help shift a few pounds of fat!

end of the first week so I thought that i would do a recap of my first week for everyone!

first 3 days were hard getting through the wanting to eat stage feeling alittle groggy at times. but the 2nd half of the week was much better managed to get into my stride with it.
i have struggled to maintain drinking the 2 litres of water which is annoying me but i am breaking up the day and trying to fit it in without having to think about it. of course the best news is that in 6 days i was 9lbs lighter! decided to treat myself to the single chicken soup i got this week, it was disgusting like a lumpy soup with the consistency of blue cheese i would rather pull my own eyes out than have that again! i think next week i am allowed that i might try the biscuit thing, I really pleased with my loss so far and I am hoping to loose 5lbs this week to make it my first stone lost on Lipotrim.

Day 7 and its been hard been at a family BBQ and I wanted to eat it all I hate that I still feel like that and It's on BBQ that does it to me. Can't wait for autumn to kick in and no one is eating outdoor
 
I have tried making hot chocolate it was terrible. i wont be doing that again.
