well really pleased managed to get some of those fibre plus bars yesterday

Breakfast - grapefruit and a fibre plus bar
lunch jacket, cottage cheese, beetroot, chicken
dinner - beef stew
 
not lookin forward to weigh in as think have blown it this week as tuesday out with friend for lunch and blew days syns on mayo, tuesday out with work for lunch but did make good choices, and friday had to take as a flexi as the 'healthy dinner' was not so healthy but was very delish!!!!!!
 
New week!!! will update my weigh in tonight

B - 2 plums and a Kellogs fibre plus bar
l - couscous made with marmite mmmm, gammon, tomatoes, pickled onions hex a low fat chedder
d - gammon with leeks, mushrooms rice and white sauce 3.5syns plus 5 for milk

crisps 8.5 sysn

total for day 16.5 oops
 
how do you make cous cous with marmite? x
 
you make up a tsp of marmite in the hot water then cover the couscous with it was yummy however v v thirsty now
 
oh i might try that thanks! do you watch saturday kitchen? this week he fried the cous cous dry in some butter (I guess we could fry in fry light) and then added water later, so the cous cous got kind of 'toasted' and he said it adds a nutty flavour!
 
well i expected a gain and got one, I put on half today but hey ho will be off next week. have a meeting tomorrow but despite there being a buffet before i am going to take my own lunch to be good

well could not face cooking so used 34 syns on 2 chicken keels and 1 thigh portion of kentucky fried chicken. still got 38 left for the week so am full and loved it

oops been rather off plan since friday, back on tomorrow as just spent over 4 hours getting home by train from london and nothing healthy in house and morrisons shut......

expect a gain this week guys
 
Well one off this week for me not sure how but hey ho

lunch left over gammon pasta from last night

tea -either kfc chicken no chips which is 31syns out of this weeks allowance of 75 as weighin was last night and therefore only got wed/thur/fri/sat/sun. or savory rice and gammon depends on how hungry i am after cinema.

may have a few haribo but will count them.

dinner home made spag bol and cheese (42g low fat hex a)

well been off track for a couple of days but struggling to get back on it agian

having a green day today as need the extra a option
Breakfast 2 slices small wholemeal hexb half tin of beans

lunch tomato and herb pasta and sauce made with water and jacket postato, and 3 light mini babybel

dinner, 57g gamon, rice, milk (hexa) white sauce mix 3 syns leeks and mushrooms.

do not think i will lose this week but getting head back in the right place again. dont know why i am struggling but at least am not binging and putting loads on like i normally do when i struggle
