Hi all well need to get back into gear writing it down etc as doing it from home and need to motivate myself
EE all the way
b - muller light, cherries, melon, blackberries and mango

snack - apple

l - chicken, salad, 100g morrisons value coleslaw 4.5 syns, feta (a)

d - mince, mushrooms, chilli seasoning, tomato puree 2 syns, onions, peppers, mega large jacket spud spread 2 syns

dessert - muller light and a kiwi

b - 2 weetabix and splash of milk b half a
l - jacket, beans, cheese hex a
d - cheese and bacon pasta with veg. 7 syns for 1/3 jar of sauce, half a and 6 syns cheese and b for bacon
dessert muller light and some fruit mmmm

b - tesco strawberry crisp 13 syns (oops)
l - jacket with tuna and feta (half A)
d - chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper, onions (done in slow cooker) and rice

b - tesco cereal bar hex b, muller light and melon and mango
l - couscous, crabsticks, celery, tomatoes, carrot, raddish, cucumber prob followed by an apple
d- omlette, cheese hexa, bacon, oven chips 7.5 syns, salad

snack tesco frazzles 6 syns
 
get me am a chuffed bunny - handing round crispy kreme iced donuts at work today, i took one- put it in a tuppaware dish to bring home for oh and had another apple!!!!!
 
tomorrow's diary
b - fruit, muller light
snack hard boiled eggs
l - left over chicken pasta 5 syns for sauce - apple, and lots of hidden veg in pasta dish
d - spag bol, made with mince, tomato, peppers, mushrooms, onions
 
Very impressed with your willpower with the doughnut- well done, i've found that it has helped to post on here hopefully we can all keep each other on track x

thanks guys been rubbish at filling it in again this week but never mind had a sneak peak today and its a sts which i will behappy with
