still on the up side of life i've looked at my weight measurements, and i've dropped a stone .....a whole
big fat turdy stone....(can i say big fat turdy ? )

a little stressed if i'm honest...work is harder than i think i wanted to admit,and i'm wondering
if i bit of more than i could chew...one young person with troubles is hard enough,but three.....
looking on the upside(otherwise i'll cry) blood sugars are getting better

arm is aching more...i guess that's why she asked me which handed i was...
will be interesting this weekend...as it will be the first water change on the big tank.
i had beef stew today.
must keep a better record of food intake. !

how's things..thankfully although my arm had some discomfort it wan't bad.
things at home here are just plain awful
eating and blood sugars all over the place.
