Well, im back to square one again...

since i was 13 i have been dieting, obsesseing about my weight, ive tried, slimfast, Weight watchers, starving myself and faddy diets....

so im with slimming world now, to be honest its the best one for me, it gives me flexabilty with some disapline, to much flexabilty and im off like a shot to the bakery.

anyway, 2 months on the new diet i lost 4lb and put it all back on (to the pound, at least!) to be fair to myself i have lost around 1 stone since Xmas just on my own, but the feeling of failure and guilt is making me go into a vicious circle.

weighed in on wednesday and promised my SW leader to start all proper again, im back to the gym doing interval training and weights as well as cardio, im eating well, a combo of extra easy and green, but i have problems with sweet food, aka chocolate!

ive never been like this with chocolate, but every hour i NEED a bar, i try to have a kitkat or maltesers to at least bring my syn value down, but im sinning about 25 a day since friday!! whats wrong!! i think i know, i have eaten with no car for the last 2 weeks (at festival and weddings, and scout camp) so i have undone all my good work, and my cravings are worst than ever.

well tomorrow is another day, so i will put 100% in and see if i can bypass the thoughts in my head. not to late for at least a half pound loss for wednesday....
