Well, week 1 seemed to pass without incident.

Had weigh in last night, and lost 4.5lb so cant really complain.

Getting very excited about my sugar free jelly and greek yogurt for lunch today after my soup!! Will make a nice change to have something fruity.

It is really, really unlikely you will put on weight sil, not just with what you are eating.
the yoghurt is any low fat plain yoghurt or fromage frais.
No fruity ones until week 3. Even then I have to say I prefer the plain yog with fresh fruit.

I'm in Week 7 and STILL losing weight. My LLC has asked me to have 3 protein meals a day now as I can't eat any more protein in my two current meals (cos it makes me too full) and I am under-weight at 8st3!!

Well done Petey - and glad you're enjoying it!
