i have been off plan for just over two weeks. have put on 3lbs due to being ill :sigh:. did go and weigh each week as i had a 6 week countdown.
i was so positive at the beginning and i know i could have done more whilst i was ill but i honestly didnt have the energy, but i was hungry.
never mind. back on plan today.xx

Aw hun, it's hard when you're ill I know. But good on you for keeping WI. 3lbs is not a lot in the grand scheme of things and you'll soon shift that. Well done for resisting temptation and getting back on track!
