haha...yeah its true. Since I started kinda knowing what I'll eat in a week there is less waste. Most of my foods are now meat and fresh veg so its just the packaging they come in really. x
i have a lot of plastic trays go in my bin bag (we don't get plastics collected where i live) but other then that i don't get a lot of waste ... but my cardboard recycling fills up quite quickly ;)

I have also noticed that i have less rubbish but for a different reason. For the first few weeks of WW, i have decided to simply use the ready meals until i get familiar with the diet and also for convenience as work shifts. Due to this, i have ended up throwing away less fresh veg and fruit which i would normally buy in abundance and never eat. Now i just buy a small amount and use it with the ready meals. Less rubbish but a different reason :)

p.s. this post isn't boring :)
