Run out of packs!

Hi everyone - I'm in trouble!
I've run out of packs (I'm in Spain and haven't allowed enough time for delivery) and it's the weekend. Any tips for damage limitation food until they arrive, probably Monday?

go for low fat/low carb foods like chicken, tuna, prawns, and small amounts of cheese so you stay in ketosis

Hi Wicked Pink. I live in Spain too and there is Optifast from the farmacia. Expensive but a good back up rather than blow it. Maybe keep a box in the cupboard for times like this. Karen
