Running for beginners

    Was just talking about running in another thread, and thought I'd put this in it's own thread.

    If anyone is interested in running, I've been using a programme that is designed for those of us that want to get into running, that is easy on the body and you can work at your own pace.

    It's called C25K (i'm not on commission, by the way:D) just have found this programme a great way to get into running.

    Cool Running :: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan

    Is the link, but not sure if it works, or not. If it doesn't just google C25K and go into the cool running part.
