Feel so so much better now! Also my Go Ahead Apple Bakes were really faulty when they came! I have got a voucher for 3 quid :)

Just feel better overall a massive weight lifted off my mind :)

I think I'm going mad....

I thought I'd treat myself tonight as we had no money all week so OH bought asda pizzas RF garlic bread and beer batters chips (usual weekend occurrence)

I used to eat the lot, however I managed 2 slices of pizza, 1 chip and 1/2 a garlic bread baguette! :eek:

2. I wasn't hungry and was really chilled at work!

Slimpod great tonight! Nearly fell asleep again!!!! Completely exhausted as I feel a bit under the weather at the minute and I have been vegging on the sofa as a result!

Well it's WI tomorrow and I don't really know how I feel!!! I do feel tonnes tonnes better but then on top of that we have eaten barely any fruit due to no money and just clung on for as long as we could! I have done one full week 100% and enjoyed it but The proof of the pudding will be in the eating.... It will be interesting to see if I need to eat properly healthy stuff to keep my weight loss up or if I just need to keep to and cap my points! Oh and it's TOTM too :'(

WI tomorrow as soon as I get to work :D

1. Members at work have noticed i have lost weight!!!
2. Went on FB with my best mate this morning and she couldn't believe how different I looked compared to now!!!
3. I had a McDonald's happy meal as I felt unwell and really enjoyed it and didn't feel guilty!

Felt rough as today but still I'm at Day 7 100% :)

Well I feel tonnes better today!

Just having a meringue and a WW Yog for breakfast with a cup of tea before work- odd I know but it's better for my sugars :)

I'm still going to book in at the Doctors just to make sure that everything is ok!!!!

Just going to do my plan as its mine and OHs "valentines day" today so I hope it's good!!!
