Im ok thanks chick. Trying to stick to my dailies until Friday as i had a.big meal out at la tasca on Thursday and used 20 weeklies in one go! Its going ok but i might try simply filling for a week after my next two WI, see if it helps me to shift more than the pound a week i seem stuck on right now.
I am on day 3 of a 7 day stint at work. Not fun. But i get to go to the seaside on Friday so looking forward to that.
That's good of your dad to offer to take you shopping. I am like you, i hate dairy products when im abroad (except cheese. Cheese is always amazing). xx
 
I'm sure you'll be fine this week and give simply filling a go If you'd like to! You have a good steady loss, unlike me that's up and down constantly!!
Cheese abroad is amazing! Definitely my biggest test along with French Bread!

La Tasca sounds yum I've never been :) we have one so might try it out but it's massively high in pp isn't it!!

I'm currently on day 2 of a 7 day stretch!!! However after the 7th I'm abroad woo so I don't mind!

My god, i love a nice bit of brie. Haven't had any for months. I think i will check the points for that and feta. Not really eating any cheese at the moment....
La tasca was ok. It is quite high in points but there are a could of dishes that are only about 7 or 9 points each. I think i would rather stick to a full meal. Always feel like i get more than picky things.
I really want to lose 6lbs by 18th September. That's 4 wi away so i won't make it if i keep on at 1lb a week. Its my best mates wedding party (they got married on the sly in Florence so this is the reception), and id love to be 12 and a half stone by then. I will give simply filling a go and see if i can shift the extra 2lbs.

Simply filling is great!! Really enjoying it! Lots of choice and I'm never hungry! Still at 13.3 this morning but hardly surprising after last nights dinner! I can't believe I've dropped 5.5lbs since Thursday! Need to shift a smidge more! 13.3 is where I'm always stuck at!!

Can't wait until Wednesday morning WI eek!
