I love what i do and i used to be extremely fit but after an accident and putting on 4 stone my muscles are weaker and by losing the weight i can get them stronger again!

Have you tried classes like Zumba or aerobics?

Yeah done aerobics not tried Zumba they only did classes in the day at my gym wen I'm at work. The gyms closed now for 12 weeks so not getting much exercise apart from walking the dog!! Do have an exercise DVD that try n do web get the chance xx
