I don't know if I mentioned- I started a challenge for myself to do 200 hours of exercise In 2012 but couldn't fit the ticker on my signature!

So I will be putting it at the bottom of my diary entries :)

Little bit of motivation as I'm going to start classes this year!

Hi there just wanted to add I also take a record of my inches and in my first week I lost 9" in total I was gob smacked as didn't feel clothes were any loser?? I'm doing this weeks measurements in the morning I love staying to my group meetings hearing others success stories and tips helps to motivate me even more than I am already, I've tried many times since having my first child in 2002 to lose weight and never seemed to stay with it but since having my 4th child and being sterilised I'm more focused than I have ever been know this time I'm gonna do it and do it for me to make me feel good about myself I feel trapped in a body I don't recognise and I want my confidence and personality back, wish you all, all the best x

Wow thats absolutely amazing!!!!

You seem so focused and determined and you will get there! You obviously have a strong head on your shoulders and you will reap the benefits because of this :) I can't wait to see how you do and I will be checking all the time :)

aww thanks ruth im also keeping a track of weight and inch loss on face book feel free to add me victoria vertigan ( but please send me a msg so i know who it is adding me ) im looking forward to sharing your journey too and seeing you do well, i have decided now ive had all the children im going to have this is now time for me to get in shape and be how i want to be, its now time for mummy :D x x

I walked into town and back to meet my mum so that's 30 minutes plus half an hours Pump it up ministry of sound when I get in :)

Well I went for a run after work on the treadmill, only 1.5k but I'm so pleased with myself :) :) took me 10 mins so chuffed with that!

Bit concerned I'll put weight on though! Not sure how much exercise to do :/
