ruthiebusybee food diary - Extra Easy

    Slimming World
    Week One, day five.

    B - Banana, Vitality Yogurt (1.5 syns), sugar-free Jelly (0.5 syn).

    L - Pasta, tuna, cucumber, spring onions, rocket. Dressing made from fat free yogurt and a tsp of Sainsbury's light pesto (1.0 syn?). Vitality yogurt (1.5 syns), grapes.

    D - Whole bream, potatoes, green beans. Sauce made from chilli, garlic, ginger, chicken stock and tomato.

    Snacks - 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEB)

    Free food - lots! :D
    HEA - 0 :(
    HEB - 1 :D
    Syns - 4.5 :D
