    Hi all,
    This is my second week of no loss :cry::cry:so I thought I’d post on here and see if any lovely person has any advice for me? The below is my past two days....
    Monday 28th Feb – Green
    Breakfast – 85g raisins (2 x HexB)
    Snack – FF blueberry activia
    Tea – Jacket potato, 40g low fat cheddar (HexA), frozen cherries
    Snack – choc-cherry muller light (3syns) , 2 x ginger nuts (5 syns)
    All drinks black coffee or sugar free squash.
    Total syns = 8
    Tuesday 1st March – Red
    Breakfast – 2 x weetabix (HexB), FF natural yog, strawberries, a little sweetener.
    Snack – Banana
    Lunch - 3 slices ham, 4 sticks celery, 3 x laughing cow light (HexA)
    Snack – 2 x ginger nuts (5 syns), banana with FF nat. Yogurt. 28g fruit and fibre (HexB) with splash semi skimmed milk (HexA)
    Tea – chicken and pepper skewers with 2 tbsp nandos sauce (3syns), FF raspberry activia
    All drinks black coffee or sugar free squash or tea with splash milk.
    Total syns = 8
