I think I remember reading it takes 12 weeks which will be over in 2 minutes it flies! It's my 6th WI on Thursday which is insane!!!!!

Hi Ruth,

Just caught up with your diary. It is obvious from the number of posts that you are a very valued member of the JUDDD community and a very kind & thoughtful person too.

I think you have made the right decision in continuing JUDDD; you're happy on it & it's working for you. I've not been doing JUDDD for long at all but I have noticed that I have an acid problem on DD's, today has been quite bad & I've had to take ranitidine. My next step is to look into the best foods to have on a DD & to maybe not leave it as long between eating. Having spent my life so far yo-yo dieting, on every plan going, including two VLCD's where I lost weight & ended up right back where I started - fat.

I really hope that you can find a way of eating on a DD that works for you. Maybe Slimfast as it's made with milk would work on a DD.

The work situation won't be helping your stomach acid levels either.

My acid problem too is from DDs it's strange isnt it! Mine is majorly from cheese particularly melted varieties!
I'm pretty sure that my yo yo dieting has heavily affected this too as I've ruined my stomach with the different ways and harsh types of eating!
Yo yo dieting has got me to this place along with awful vein like bright red stretch marks on my lower abdomen :(

Thanks for the advice re slim fast I will look into it and pick some up to use :) unfortunately a downside is what dairy does to my sinuses! Way too many problems!

Fat free Greek yogurt 0% has helped me a lot! Also the cloudy cider apple vinegar has been recommended to me so maybe this helps? Will try it and let you know!

I take audmonal, lanzoprazole, gaviscon and motillum as well as general antacid tablets!

Yep I need to chill! Could do with a holiday! Who wants to come?!?!

DD tomorrow with lots of water to try and shift the end of my tummy problems as I'm still in a bit of pain!!!

Have forced myself to eat today but not sure I will eat too much tomorrow :)

Having milk though!

Orange Jelly 34

Sounds good to me!
I may also buy some of the cider vinegar- will go shopping this weekend and get some yogurt etc :)

I thought Id better nip on the scales this morning so I know what im working with lol :)
I do not know why Im doing it the day before lol!!!

Well after only 1 DD since my last WI (got another today) I stand at 13,9 which im hoping to shift with this DD today!
Im actually extremely pleased with that!
Need to start daily weighing to see what my body is doing lol!!!!

A couple of NSV's that I forgot to share from the weekend!!

-After I went out for a few on Saturday night I didnt get a McDonalds/Kebab/Pizza and I ALWAYS do, I just thought that I didn't need it and I actually felt a lot better the next day compared to if I'd had a greasy meal! (First time in over 2 years!)
-We went to Wetherspoons for breakfast in the morning (OH and I) and I just had a traditional breakfast, didn't eat the bacon, bread or butter and really enjoyed my black coffee!
-When we went for late Sunday dinner I was the only one at a table of 8 to turn down a pudding and there were many delicious things!! I just drank my diet coke :) It was a pub in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales and they're always yummy!!!
-I can now wear my black shiny H&M skinny jeans with lovely short tops as I no longer have a muffin top :D

Just a few to keep me going as im now off to work eeeeek! :(

Im 22 in a month and a bit so I need a goal.... havent got a clue! 12th August, 9th of August will be my last WI (im actually going to the poshest restaurant in Harrogate then as its my Dads birthday so its great!!!) Including tomorrow I have 6 WIs!!! Hmmm...

Ruth my little chicken I can't tell you how pleased I am you are Judding on :bliss: you have your head screwed on right you will soon work out what works out best for you on your DDs I have no doubt about that ;) Fabulous NSV loving the shiny skinny jeans :D You have lost a really good amount of weight but I don't know what this way of eating does to your body but the weight loss is def not all reflected on the scales, as I have said before I am the same 'size' now as I was this time last year i.e fitting into all the same clothes and yet I am a stone heavier, I can see a difference in my body every week regardless of how much 'weight' I have lost, think I will start a new thread, anyway have a good day hope your tummy settles xx
 
Yes, u do not need to aptimil. Dairy products is actually counter productive with probiotics. U r better going to a health food shop and getting them in tablet form, much better for you! Have u spoken to a health food specialist?? Maybe they can help with ur current tummy problems?? I think u right to sort u diet itself, play around till u get it right x

Yes I think I will stop drinking that- its just easy for when I'm at work! I drink litres of low cal tonic water too but that is for quinine!

Hi Ruth,

I'm good. Drink water add lemon. I think you'll feel better in no time. Artificial sweetness are triggers for cravings.

I'm so pleased too! I am not going to the meeting with my friend about CD! She got quite funny with me actually!
I Love my NSVs too I know what u mean about the scales not reflecting the loss and I completely agree!

Wooo start a thread indeed! Lots of water today and a couple of mini Kievs later!
