Thursday (WI) 13,6
Friday (Post UP) 13,8.5 (6AM)
Saturday (Post DD) 13,5.5!!! (6AM)
Sunday (Post UP) 13,5 (mums scales)
Monday (Post UP) 13,8 (6AM)

I'm really chuffed with that particularly as today is a DD so I can sort it :) also chineses are really salty and hold water so I will sort it out with my water intake!

Chinese always gives me a headache, probably dehydration I suppose. Take away pizzas do the same. Haven't had either for ages though.

Have a good DD Ruth. Are you a courgette soup convert yet?

Hi Ruth,

Glad the water is helping to settle your stomach. I have been a lot better since I replaced the Cone Zero with very diluted sugar free cordial.

Following your experiment to eat all your allowances; won't it be great if the weight-loss is better when eating more!

Hello WB- coke is the stuff of evil ;) never thought I'd be having it as a treat lol!

I'm loving the experiment it's great :) I think it may help my stomach if I don't have gaps of not eating too!

I couldn't agree more- cant beat seeing other peoples food for ideas- I like food that's colourful :)
