Hi Ruth my little Chicken hope you are OK, your weigh ins are looking good for a loss this week, break through that 13 3 barrier, you can do it ;)

Wow that's amazing to think that! How lovely!!!

I have lost 18 and I still have 32 to go :) I have been on JUDDD for 7 weeks :) loving it!! It's such a great plan!!!

I felt really poorly and lightheaded at work so drank lucozade!!! Aaaarrgghhh sooo gutted :(

Hopefully it wont have too much impact but thats 522 calories gone!!!
