Ryanair considers 'fat tax' for obese air passengers

what if the pilot's overweight? does he have to do anything extra? (i know i'm picking at flies now but wellll)

He's an employee so would have many more rights under employment law.

I still don't know what all the fuss is about ... just don't fly with them if you disagree with their policies.
I've never flown Ryanair, but I still may do if it is convenient to.
