Ryvita crispbread syns?

Hi all, so I've been doing slimming world for around 4 weeks now and have lost 8 1/2 lbs
I've been really struggling this last week wanting crisps so today I bought some ryvita crispbreads-cheese flavour
I tried one and they're a lot nicer than I thought! I just can't find how many syns they are or if they can be used as a HEB?

Do you mean the crackerbreads? They're the only ones I can find that are just cheese flavoured. They're 1 syn each. There's also the cheddar and black pepper thins, which are 1.5 syns each for a normal sized thin or 4.5 syns for 10 bite size ones. None can be used as HEB.

The Ryvita minis CAN be used as a HEB though, and they have a cream cheese and chive flavour. Otherwise 5.5 syns a bag.
