Quark with fresh red pepper :) My fave! Or boiled egg with a little extra light mayo, and lettuce. or lettuce and sliced ham with a little bit of mustard and fresh veg (peppers, tomatoes etc).

Im having ryvitas today for lunch so thats my HB and then im having laughing cow light triangles but they are my HA and im having wafer thin ham with chopped up spring onions, yum! Im starving now but trying to hold out til 1pm for my lunch! x

I love cottage cheese with pineapple on mine.

I have ryvitas every day for lunch at work! Three with quark and chopped cucumber/spring onion/celery or cottage cheese!
I love them so much now, looking back 6 weeks ago I hated them, how things change :D

yep, yummy :D But I do experiment & have lots of weird & wonderful things together, funnily enough I thought cottage cheese & pickle was quite normal, lol
Sorry this was my suggestion as a topping I think its quite normal too lol in fact I have them without the ryvita too if Ive used my healthy extras :) maybe I need to experiment more too x
