hi guys
Heres a question, hope its not too silly... but I want to have Ryvita for my lunch today, and when I look up my food optimising book to see how many I can have for a HEB, it says 2 Ryvita Original and then directly below it, it says 4 Ryvita Original... Im confused... easy done I know. lol.
Im on a Green Day today.

if you look at the symbols next to them it should explain better,
i think 2 is fibre and a speed 4 is extra high fibre

Yes, you can have 4 Hun...I generally have 4 when I have them.

if you ever do only fancy two of them, you could be better off synning them (1.5 each, 3 syns for two) as HEb's are usually worth about 6 syns so you could get more value for money as it were by using your HEb for something else.

Of course, it depends on how many syns you have left, what HEbs you could have, and what you wanna eat that day

I'm confused (doesn't take a lot)
I just checked the syn value for ryvita minis on the slimming world site
They are saying 5 syns per 30g
Is this correct?

yes, i think 1 bag = a HEB, or 5 syns if not using as a HEb x
