Sorry im getting a bit confused with all the different types. how many of the Original ryvita wholegrain crispbreads can you have for a hex b? Thanks in advance!

2 for fibre & speed
4 for loads of fibre but no speed

You can choose iether 2 or 4 as a HEB, both are correct

2 = speed choice

4= high fibre choice

Have bought some scan bran. Have yet to summon up the courage to try it...Looks like chipboard. Really enjoying my six Finns thins with dairylea in the evenings though!! Will give Ryvita a try. Looks far more appetising than the scan bran!! xo

According to the list you can have 3 x Finn original or organic rye crispbreads or 6 x multigrain thin or original rye thin crispbreads.
