weighing yourself at home isnt a good idea, as it can get out of hand. (says the person who weighs herself nearly everytime she goes to the bathroom!! lol) you should stick with your weekly weigh in. I have had that happen to me loads of times. it wrecks your head lol

I know what you mean about weighing at home. I fluctuate like mad think it might be better just to bin the flippin scales grr!!! Roll on my first weigh tomorrow then I can know for sure whats going on :)

I think it depends on what time of the day you are weighing yourself as I believe weighing in the morning is a little kinder.

Weighing yourself at home is just a bad idea in my opinion .. it can change your mindset and you lose motivation.

I threw my scales out before i started as i knew what i'd be like

The above is helping as I haven't shifted any weight this week and i'm going for my weight in on Saturday. Just going to go cold turkey and stop that obsession!
