Hi all.
I am another new starter to this webpage - not dieting. I am considering looking at weightloss surgery as I have done everything esle going. Has any one got any experiences they can share?

Hiya how much weight do you have to lose? Have u tried tfr diets such as lipotrim, some people over on that forum have lost 10stones etc on that, welcome to the forum, its a very friendly place xx

Hi everyone. I have tried Lighter Life and also the Cambridge diet, I was successful and lost 4 stone, however its all gone back on. I am at my wits end really
