if you drink lots of water, use firming lotions and potions and do exercise you should reduce the chances of saggy skin ....loadsa people on here have lost a lot of weight and do have much ....
thanks for all the encouragement folks, Ive got about 4 stones to lose, I will stick to it im losing 2lb a day, Im only in my first week so i know this will slow down, will start the exercise next week
keep up the exercise and you'll be fine I find bio oil good I also exercise or swim everyday and a dyna band is great you can get them on ebay very easily.
