saggy skin??

i think it depends on your muscle tone, alot of people do toning up excercises to x
 
if you drink lots of water, use firming lotions and potions and do exercise you should reduce the chances of saggy skin ....loadsa people on here have lost a lot of weight and do have much ....
 
I've lost 3stone 5lb from my biggest weight, not used any lotions etc and my skins fine.
 
depends totally on your skin elasticity, but to be honest I would prefer a saggy bit of skin than a fat belly anyday of the week
 
thanks for all the encouragement folks, Ive got about 4 stones to lose, I will stick to it im losing 2lb a day, Im only in my first week so i know this will slow down, will start the exercise next week :)
 
keep up the exercise and you'll be fine I find bio oil good I also exercise or swim everyday and a dyna band is great you can get them on ebay very easily.
