Hello everybody I am new to this forum and wondered if anyone could tell me how many syns are in sainsburys crunchy red berry granola bars or if hey can be used as a he b
They're not in the app yet but they're pretty high in calories. Very unlikely to qualify as a B due to that and the fibre doesn't look high enough either.
