Sainsbury's Arrabbiata Sauce - Help Please!!

Does anyone have any idea of the syn value of the Sainsburys jar of arrabbiata sauce, its just a really quick easy dinner and so tasty!! I don't have access to onlne and cant find in my book....

Jars of sauce are always just ! syn for every 20 calories as they don't qualify for a free food allowance
