Sainsbury's BGTY tomato and three bean soup

Hi,

I've had a search but can't find any answers for this soup.

I normally make my own soup but am late having lunch today and i am starving, so instead of giving in to something naughty I'm going to have the can of soup in my cupboard - Sainsbury's BGTY tomato and three bean soup.

I wondered if anyone could tell me how many syns are in this? Or do I just use the 1 syn for 20 cals method for canned soup?

Yes you just use the 20 calorie rule as canned soups do not qualify for a free food allowance. Will likely be quite high in syns though so be warned.

Thank you! It's 11.5 syns for the whole can! I didn't end up eating it in the end, so I think when I do, I'll only be having half a can one day and the rest the next, rather than the whole can in one go!
