    Hey people!!

need a bit of help if you have time..

Just bought Sainsburys Crusty white bread mix...got a bread machine for xmas and have a serious craving for hot bread and jam for brekkie tomorrow morning! :)

    Calories per slice: - 103

Cooked as per instructions (with oil and everything!) I'm gonna go crazy and say that I can use the 20 calories is 1 syn rule with this one...would that be right? Can't use any HeB allowance can I?

    5 syns per slice?

Thanks for any advice x ;)

Yep I would say 5 syns for a slice. Extra virgin olive oil is a HEB but even if you were using that for your bread I take it you are not planning on eating more than one slice so it would not be worth using it.

Nope, one slice is probably all I will go for...just to give me that jam feeling lol!!
Trying to cut down on my syn usage! I think I'm taking advantage of the fact that you can have 15 a day!!!!

    Thanks for your help :)
