Sainsburys macaroni cheese or similar

Hi there,

I've not been on the forum for a very long time, but I wanted to know if anyone can give my Mum some info. regarding macaroni cheese.

As some of you know, the Heinz M & C was free on Green a long time ago and we know it's not anymore but we'd like to find the lowest syn value tin.

Maybe Sainsburys is lower than Heinz, or Asda's own??

My Mum is toying with the idea of joining a class again but would like a bit of info. before she does.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
SJ

I've given you the syn values for both chilled and frozen, looks like the Asda Smartprice can is the lowest at 3 syns.

Thank You x

Thanks Sarah,

You've been a GREAT help.

My Mum used to eat the m.cheese a lot when it was free, a long time ago now. Still, 3 syns is not too bad at all, just gotta see how it tastes:rolleyes:

Many Thanks for taking the time out to type the info.

Best Wishes,
Sj x
