Sainsbury's miild beef curry?

I have done an advanced search on the forum but couldn't find anything on this particular item. Could someone please help me with the syn value on a Red day? - thank you x

6 syns on Red and EE
24.5 syns on Green

Not a problem! I was pleasantly surprised, 6 syns isn't bad for a curry... Think I might give it a try! x
