NEW START YET AGAIN
well i went back to class 3 weeks ago and i have lost 5.5 up to new, thought i would start posting on here again

Breakfast..... mullerlight yogurt, banana and pear
lunch .....Mug shot side sala. Alpen bar HEX B
Tea...... Jacket pot beans cheese HEX A, side salad

Weigh in last night lost 1. I wanted 11/2 for my half stone
