What salad dressings can I have which won't kick me out of ketosis? Does vingerette dressing have citric acid in?

One of my favourites is Extra Virgin Olive Oil and either white or red Balsamic vinegar.:)

As above. best to make your own. I prefer Olive oil and malt vinegar. one third vin to two thirds oil, bit of salt chucked in and a tsp of splenda. use a bottle so you can shake it well, then pour over. Also Helmans original mayo is great.

Cardini's ceasar dressing, Paul Newman's Italian dressing. Or make your own a la Nigel Slater. 2 or 3 egg yokes, whisked. slowly add groundnut oil until its as thick or runny add you like. Season (it's nice with some garlic powder in it too) & add freshly chopped mince. Lush! & very quick. I use the whites whisked up with slender for meringues as an added bonus :D
