Salad Dressing

Not officially! I log everything through myfitnesspal so if a salad dressing doesn't have too many carbs in (like, more than 1-2g) and doesn't take me over my calories for the day then I'll have it. Otherwise I find salad gets boring pretty quickly!

How many calories do you 'allow' yourself on myfitnesspal?
 
I have it set up that my daily allowance is 650cals, max 59g carbs. Do go over sometimes but if I have time I'll put things in before I've eaten them - often stops me from having that "little" extra!
