Salad Dressings ??

mayo so high in fat and my salads are bland !!!

I like Balsamic Vinegar and Tesco has a Healthy Options version.

I also like Lime & Coriander which I also got in Tescos. It comes in little sachets

Hi Pixie, I'm not sure about dressings but I'm eating tons of the following salad...

Tastes even better than coleslaw!

Thinly sliced white cabbage
Celery
Thinly sliced green pepper
sliced red onion
spring onions
Dijon mustard
tabasco
red wine vinegar
0% Total fat free greek yoghurt
Herbs
Salt and pepper
Pinch of Cayenne pepper

FryLight have a salad dressing range funnily enough called SaladLight lol). I have the Balsamic vinegar one. I also use Kraft thousand island light, helmans extra light mayo and also 0% Total fat free greek yoghurt
