I went into TK Max lunchtime and noticed that they have lots of exercise equipment on sale. Mainly Piliates stuff, ie balls, weights, bands, skipping ropes for the more energetic.
They also had and stirring mixer thing which you stir by hand.
Skipping - how can something that I did for hours and hours and hours as a kid be so difficult and so darn tiring now. I used to love playing skipping, was brilliant - have tried it a few times over the last couple of years and it kills me ---- so here's a goal - I will get to a point where I can skip, skip and skip some more
Hmmm only thing is does this mean that I'm going to want to start playing elastics and Leap Frog too! :crazy:
