    What was interesting about the coverage was that apparently Tescos white, cheapo bread is the lowest in salt and Cranks really expensive highly nutritious seeded bread was the highest - higher than a bag of crisps!! bizarre! :)

    When I ate bread, I used to go to a baker down the road who made bread without salt for me - could hardly tell the difference! :)

    It is frightening how much salt there is in things, you realise this quickly on Atkins when you become a label detective :).

    Bread has a lot of sugar in it too. It's best avoided, sugar, salt and all!
