salt in the soup?????????

Nothing should be added and especially not salt as salt makes you retain water.

Oh and blend it to within an inch of its life. Tastes so much better!!

I got this from LT when I asked if anything could be added. As crunchy frog says.....ADD NOTHING!

Be very careful getting information from online forums. Some of it is actually dangerous. As far as adding to the soup, most people will not get away with it. It can slow your weight loss and make you more hungry than you need to be.
