salt in the soup?????????

    Hi guys,
    On my first day of LT....starving. About to have the chicken soup for my dinner. Can anyone tell me can I add salt or spices to it? I dont want to do anything that is not allowed!!!

    Nothing should be added and especially not salt as salt makes you retain water.

    Oh and blend it to within an inch of its life. Tastes so much better!!

    I got this from LT when I asked if anything could be added. As crunchy frog says.....ADD NOTHING!

    Be very careful getting information from online forums. Some of it is actually dangerous. As far as adding to the soup, most people will not get away with it. It can slow your weight loss and make you more hungry than you need to be.
