Salt 'n' Pepper Chicken SW Style

I was going to make this tonight, however, a small problem...

It calls for a tablespoon of sweetener, I am...

A. Not a huge sweetener fan as I don't like it and have not had success in recipies calling for it.

B. Don't have any anyway.

Can I use sugar and syn it?

Has anybody used sugar in it?

I hate sweetner as I think it tastes processed and yucky. I tend to use something called erythritol. It's syn free, looks and tastes like sugar and in my mind is a much healthier alternative to sweetners. It's not the cheapest product out there but I couldn't live without it now
