If you're already in ketosis it probably won't do much harm but I'd stay away from them if you can :p

I personally, am now in week 3 but have no real need for solids and want to stay away from the bars as long as possible so as to lose weight faster.

Mmm, soup time in 15 mins. :D

thanks tor the support, we can do this together girl!!

Well im doing well and im keeping positive, went for a drink last night and dident drink, had water instead.
Thinking of Monday as i get weighed then.

Got that Friday feeling and im gunna have a succesful weekend and concentrate on cognitive behavior therapy and other stuff.

Feeling hungary today in my tummy and trying to ignore it.

don't have it hon. what difference does the day make? why would you want it now rather than on a tuesday?

make yourself a nice, hot drink and a nice shake and sit and sip it. stay on here and post. distract yourself with a film or some activity and don't give into your urge. you will feel so much worse if you do. just think how wonderful being slim will feel :)
