Well bit of a manic day, didn't get chance to do my food diary yesterday so two days on today. Went off to wales for a few hours to visit my mate, then back for work at six. I need the money but I am so looking forward to my next day off!!

Just got back from my weigh in and lost 2.5lbs. That's 9lbs in three weeks!!! Very happy

Think I had quite a bit of unplanned body magic today. Got into work to make breakfast for 6 people to find that I had 4 rashers of bacon and that our chef had put the 2 packs I ordered yesterday in the freezer. Had to run all the way to the shop to get more. Then the dumb waiter broke so more trips up and down the stairs than usual.

Ah my poor neglected food diary, I am still only a month back into this. Gotta keep focused. I have kinda planned out my entire weeks meals which is very organised for me. All because I am skint and need to get my food bill down for a month or so. Going to try to make £10 a week last for me. Lost another 2lb yesterday which I am both relieved and very pleased about :)

Well have gone over my syns for the day, not worked out what i have had so far but its not good :( Am really fed up at the moment but doesn't help that I have had a few drinks as well.
