First full day back on plan after rejoining yesterday, thought I would have a go at a food diary this time and to try to be more organised :eek:

Breakfast
2 x Weetabix HEX B
250 ml Semi Skimmed Milk HEX A

Lunch
Jacket Potato with beans and lettuce

Dinner
Ham, 2 boiled eggs with lettuce, tomato and cucumber

Snacks
1 Apple
1 Satsuma

No syns as of yet. Trying to make sure I drink enough cos I don't normally managed 3 glasses of NAS Squash so far

Had 4 Glasses of NAS Squash in the end and 1 1/2 pts of diet pepsi. Also a pack of salt and vinegar crisps while at work in the evening, so 9 1/2 syns :)

Chicken breast - Grilled, with lettuce, tomato and cucumber

Going to be having a "fry up" for my dinner I think
Grilled bacon - no fat, grilled tomato and mushrooms and fry light fried egg :)

Snacks
2 apples

Will take satsuma and alpen light bar into work in case I get a bit peckish later.

Need to make sure that I am drinking more only had 1 glass of squash today, don't know why I always seem to forget to drink grrrrrrr.

Oops that went a bit wrong, had 1/2 cider shandy at midnight. Not too bad. Then there was someone celebrating their birthday so had cake, then they put snacks on the bar! And I thought I would be safe working.

Oh well it's a new day and a new year so will just start again and be very good for the rest of the week :)

I managed a bar shift without crisps or chocolate :) normally my lunch gets forgotten in exchange for junk, but not today. But went to bingo with my parents as soon as i finished, my Mum had saved me a piece of chicken from their KFC??? and when I went up to get a potato they sold out to the customer before me :( luckily I had some food in my bag and the piece of chicken was eaten. So for today was:

Well food is going well, not as good as the jobs. People keep hinting about wage bills being too high etc then expecting you not to be worried about whether your job is secure grrrrrrrrr

Woke up late for work yesterday, which was not what I needed. I have never got dressed and ready for work as quick in my life!! Then the housekeeper crashed her car into a fence (shes ok, cars not) so I had to do the cleaning and then I left my work keys in the office. Stressful morning

Well am happy today, went in and our holiday allowances have been worked out for the rest of the year and I have 5 more days than I thought, so I have a week off this month and a week off in March. I also got a card through the post from my consultant saying well done for my 4lb loss :)
