Yippee, lost 4lbs this week!!!! Makes up for the crappy 1lb last week. Extra specially pleased cos obviously I had two 'meals' (protein and salad) and two glasses of wine whilst in London at the weekend and I also 'confess' to a couple of scrambled eggs last night cos of pain issues (can't take the extra strength meds without proper food - tried it once and became very ill). Going to officially start refeed next week which will be two weeks to my op but might have more protein this week depending upon how I feel.
Am now most definitely a size 12 but still have a little bulge above my hysterectomy scar, don't know if it's fat or if perhaps I never did my exercises properly back in 2005! Otherwise I'm actually quite happy with the way that I look in clothes but a bikini would be another matter altogether! As I don't need to actually wear a bikini (no sunshine holidays planned) I'll worry about that when I need to.
Still need to lose 22lbs to get to my planned target of 10st but clearly not going to get there by the op.......re-think necessary
