Tonight!!! But after commiting the ultimate sin and stepping on my scales it says I have put on 3lb! :eek:

Don't stress! Lot's of people who hop on the scales before wi find it's completely different to their wi weight!

Do you go to class? Make sure you take your food diary in and let you C have a look. I found this helped to keep me on the right track.
